Will you SPEND YOURSELF this summer? ?If you spend yourself on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will shine in the darkness and your night will become like the noonday.? Isaiah 58:10 Who are you hiring? The Boston Project is now hiring a staff leadership team to operate our 2010 urban ministry and missions programs. We need teachers, worship leaders, prayer warriors, small group leaders, servants willing to sweat, one-on-one mentors, detail-oriented people, relationship-driven people, and more. Applicants must be 20 years of age (22+ for some positions). What positions are available? Summer Missions Program: • Staff Counselors (5) • Service & Outreach Coordinator (1) Neighborhood Youth Ministries: • Staff Counselors (3) What programs will I lead? We are hiring a staff leadership team of 20 young adults to operate two dynamic programs: Neighborhood Youth Ministries (NYM) and the Summer Missions Program (SMP). We bring together a team of diverse people with a great mix of strengths; we especially encourage applicants from Boston. Who is The Boston Project? The Boston Project Ministries (founded in 1995) is a Christian community development organization of committed staff and volunteers whose faith inspires us to engage actively in service to people and organizations in Boston?s urban neighborhoods. We are committed to neighborhood revitalization and volunteer mobilization. How do I apply? For more information and to apply online, go to http://www.tbpm.org/summer_staff/apply_online.html. Please note there are separate applications for the SMP and NYM programs. We will make hiring decisions beginning in January until our staff team is full. Questions?
