 Description

This volunteer position is one that requires the  ability to develop a mentoring program for children ages 
8-17 from the ground up. This position will entail developing the policy, procedures, forms, and also engaging in 
legal entities to begin the program through the hiring of volunteers who will be mentors for children.

 Requirements 

This individual has to have more than 4 years experience working in a program with children, preferably in the 
field of education (church and secular). This individual must have knowledge of mentoring  and have a business 
 mindset. The person who desires this position must be creative and have a spirit for entrepreneurship.
